Caer Llan Jazz
Early CL Jazz events were originally run at Caer LLan House near Monmouth and over the years events have extended to other venues across the country and internationally which have included London, Dorking, Hertfordshire, Essex, Normandy, the Dordogne and Somerset. Participants come from all over the UK, (and sometimes abroad), and CL Jazz has strong links with other organisations running music events across the UK through it’s tutors and participants. A number of bands and musical collaborations have grown from these CL Jazz events. There have even been a few marriages!
Courses/holidays are usually a combination of structured sessions facilitated by tutors with additional opportunities to get together with other participants to play, perform and jam.
