Players of all instruments and abilities are welcome but some basic ability to read music and, especially in the case of rhythm players, chord knowledge is helpful. The course is essentially a “playing” course with tutored ensemble sessions (two instrumental and one vocal). Any theory of improvisation and music will take place in this context. Plenty of time in the evening for performing and jamming! 

The venue is the beautiful Caer Llan House located in its own grounds near Monmouth. 

The cost, which includes full board from Friday to Monday, is £415 .
